Alejandro Lopez started working at KM Associates eight years ago as an expediter. After five years he was promoted to field supervisor—overseeing six employees and all field work in the five boroughs—before moving on to project manager. His current responsibilities include reviewing plans prior to filing, managing issuance of initial temporary certificate of occupancy, managing final certificate of occupancy closeout, obtaining approvals and permits, and handling violation research and dismissal. His experience at all levels of the filing, approval, and closeout process helps him to manage his projects effectively and seamlessly. Alejandro graduated from Lehman College in New York City with a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science.
