KM Associates of New York / Crosscheck Inspection Services, a leading Expediting and Special Inspection agency based in New York City, is seeking a talented Marketing/Branding Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, creating compelling marketing campaigns, and driving customer engagement through various online and offline channels. Equally vital is the task of upholding our company’s image, achieved through thorough review, skillful response crafting, and active management to maintain a positive corporate reputation.

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Executive team to develop marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and proposal.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate, and visually appealing. Ensure any permissions for content are retained.
  • Develop and implement post-event strategies to help capture new business following AIA/PIE presentations, tradeshows etc.
  • Participate in client meetings, visits etc. to become a face of the company as it relates to outreach, marketing etc.
  • Create and optimize landing pages to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
  • Assist in event preparation and participate in AIA/PIE presentations, industry-related events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Review and craft responses to company reviews on platforms like Glassdoor to maintain and enhance our corporate image.

Knowledge and Ability

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Search Lead lists, RFP’s etc. for business opportunities and prepare RFPs for company submission.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging marketing trends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in website management, content management systems (CMS), and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including audience targeting, content strategy, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management.
  • Proven experience in marketing and branding, preferably in the construction, real estate, or related industry.
