Construction Fence Signage

On July 1, 2013, the Department of Buildings implemented new regulations and guidelines regarding signage for construction fences and sheds under Local Law 47 of 2013. The requirements, which you can find here, standardize the size, color and information required for all projects permitted on and after July 1st. It’s important to be informed of such procedures, becuase you can be at risk of receiving a violation if your construction site does not adhere to these requirements.
