New Building
Hudson Yards
Hudson Yards is the largest private real estate development in the history of the United States and the largest development in New York City since Rockefeller Center. The site includes more than 18 million square feet of commercial and residential space, state-of-the-art office towers, more than 100 shops, including New York’s first Neiman Marcus, and a collection of restaurants curated by Chef Thomas Keller.
The urban development includes approximately 4,000 residences, The Shed, a center for artistic invention, 14 acres of public open space, a 750-seat public school, and an Equinox®-branded luxury hotel with more than 200 rooms — all offering unparalleled amenities for residents, employees, and guests.
KM Associates was hired by The Related Companies to handle all foundation and new building filings with HUB and the NYCDOB for the proposed 51-story, 780-foot-tall commercial building.
KM Associates assisted with a majority of the tenant fit outs, including Milbank; Tweed; Hadley & McCloy, LLP; Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP; Point 72 Asset Management, LLP; Silverlake Technology Management; Cooley LLP; Cognizant; and Mount Sinai.
Services included building code consulting and filing services for these tenant build-out projects, completing full occupancy.
"KMA has always been so responsive and so helpful when we work with them. They are always a great part of the project team!"
