The presentation describes this in detail, and goes on to describe preceding influential legislation, interim goals, causes of carbon emissions in New York City, exemptions, responsibilities, the annual Gas Emission reporting process, relevant penalties, alternative compliance measures, and applicable incentives by way of 23 colorful and animated, informative slides.
