Brooklyn Army Terminal

KM Associates has provided 20+ years of code consulting/expediting services for the NYC EDC on several projects at the Brooklyn Army Terminal complex comprised of more than 4 million square feet across multiple buildings. KM has worked on all buildings notably issuing a final Certificate of Occupancy for Building A. We have received approval and permits on major construction “Phase V” project bringing an additional 500,000 square feet to building A. Also adding a universal pre-kindergarten, waterfront operations for the NYC Ferry services, BIN / Record corrections throughout the complex, tenant build outs, and many more. KM Associates continues to partner with NYC EDC on multiple new projects to present day.
