The Algonquin Hotel
The Algonquin Hotel, a designated New York City Landmark, opened in 1902 and has hosted numerous literary and theatrical notables throughout its history, including members of the Algonquin Round Table club during the early 20th Century.
Since 2011, KM Associates has been responsible for managing the application filings for various interior renovation projects within a historic hotel comprising 181 rooms and spanning 12 stories. These filings have been submitted to both the Landmarks Preservation Commission and the NYC Department of Buildings.
"KM Associates has proven consistently to be team players finding innovative solutions to complex Landmark Buildings like the Algonquin and Lexington Hotels, and always open to constructive feedback, making our business relationship both effortless and pleasant. We highly recommend KMA for their expertise, skill, and attention to details."
