Philip Santantonio, AIA, RA, Appointed Board Chair of the New York Coalition of Code Consultants

KM Associates is proud to announce that Founding Partner Philip Santantonio, AIA, RA, has been appointed Board Chair of the New York Coalition of Code Consultants (NYCCC). Philip will serve a two year term in this leadership role.

The NYCCC is a non-profit membership trade organization dedicated to supporting professionals who specialize in securing construction and development approvals from municipal agencies. Its members also provide expert guidance on building code and zoning compliance. The organization works closely with New York City government and offers valuable expertise to real estate owners, developers, architects, and engineers. NYCCC’s core mission is to serve as a unified voice of advocacy for the industry, representing its interests before elected officials and public agencies.

As Board Chair, Philip’s key priority for his term will be growing NYCCC’s membership and strengthening connections with municipal agencies and industry partners across the region.
