KM Associates of New York Inc. (KMA) provided code consulting services and managed application filings with the NYC DOB and NYC Landmark Preservation Commission for this major Townhouse Renovation. Phase I included interior demolition and Phase II included the Townhouse Conversion, Exterior Work and Façade and Roof Work. KMA provided a full feasibility study in compliance with the NYC Zoning Resolution.
