KM Associates was hired to work with a design team to file two new buildings and modify the existing certificate of occupancy for the existing St. Philip Neri Roman Catholic Church (place of worship) with tax lot subdivision/reapportionments and code and zoning consulting along with all expediting services for the project.
The proposed multiple buildings development designated for residential space across two new buildings on Villa Ave. sharing zoning rights with St. Philip Neri Roman Catholic Church. The new buildings will consist of 186 new residences.
