The New York City Department of Transportation (DOT) has issued the 2016 Holiday Construction Embargo for NYCDOT construction permits, which will be in effect on Friday, November 18, 2016 from 6am to 11:59pm and again from Monday, November 21, 2016 from 6am through Monday, January 2, 2017 at 11:59pm. The 2016 New York City Energy Conservation Code (NYCECC) will go into effect on October 3, 2016.
